初学西门子 ，请教各位高手 帮忙看一下这是什么问题，万分感谢！！！安装中到安装自动授权时出现的问题提示

you must fulfil the following requirements to be able to install automation license manager
on you computer successfully

tht server-service is not installed or hasnt been started!
the automation license manager is not available by the networt and can only use license keys locally

the server-service is deactivated
the automation license manager is not available to install

没碰到过，是不是安装授权管理器时出的？看字面的意思可能是那个服务没打开，猜的。要不重启一下。
