The 3rd Smart Factory Kunshan Tech Talk, co-hosted by Industrial IoT Innovation Center and Startup Factory, was held successfully on July 27th.

7月27日下午，由工业物联网创新中心与启德航携手组织的第三届智能工厂技术沙龙活动圆满落幕。



In our quarterly event series, last week’s Tech Talk has had the focus on use cases, training programs and show cases already implemented or soon to be implemented in our new Smart Factory Kunshan.

在这一系列活动中，此次沙龙主要向来宾展示已经或即将在昆山蕴启实验室实施的使用案例、应用设备及培训项目。



Nearly 100 Chinese, European and American professionals from intelligent manufacturing enterprise attended the event.

近百名来自智能制造企业的中外客商参与了此次活动。



Ms. Xiaoxi Liu from NavVis introduced their indoor spatial intelligence and factory digital twin technology.

来自NavVis的刘晓熙女士向来宾介绍了公司引以为傲的空间数字化及工厂数字孪生技术。









NavVis technology enabled all participants to visit our Smart Factory Lab virtual with their smart phone.

来宾们通过扫描二维码即可在手机上参观我们的整座工厂。



Ms. Haoxuan Zhu from China Unicom, which has signed a ecosystem partnership with Smart Factory Kunshan with the aim of providing connectivity solutions for a variety of smart factory use cases, gave a presentation.

中国联通与昆山蕴启实验室已签署合作协议，负责人朱浩宣女士现场演示了中国联通能为各种类型的智能工厂所提供的连通性解决方案。



Mr.Frank Zhang talked about Eplan Smart Wiring.

Eplan的Frank Zhang先生就Eplan智能布线软件向大家做了进一步讲解。



Mr. Mike Zhang introduced Wurth’s ORSYmat vending machines, which can also be used in our Smart Factory in the future.

Mike Zhang先生向来宾展示Wurth 的ORSYmat自动贩卖机理念产品，这一产品在未来也会入驻蕴启实验室。



Mr. Jimmy Liu from Siemens introduced the Innovation Lab and Siemens PLM Software, which will be set up in our phase III next year and can be leased for application projects there.

Siemens的Jimmy Liu先生向来宾介绍即将在昆山构建的智能制造实验室项目，该项目预计明年落成，届时来访者可在我们的昆山蕴启实验室体验到多种数字化应用项目并可以根据需要进行租用。



Mr. Michael Ellenrieder, General Manager of WERMA shares the idea of Smart Monitor and stockSaver, which is already implemented as use case at Startup Factory family member Vogelsang-Mecanindus Metal Forming (Kunshan) Co.,Ltd..

WERMA 总经理Michael Ellenrieder和大家分享了WERMA的智能监控及生产物流优化技术，该项技术也已在启德航家族成员之一福美科金属成型（昆山）有限公司实现应用。





Mr. Stanley Leung from Stratasys gave a speech on their 3D printing machine; they brought the 3D equipment to the scene to give participants a live experience. Stratasys3D printer will be available on a fee per project base in Smart Factory from now on.

来自Stratasys的Stanley Leung先生为大家讲解了公司的3D打印技术，并将他们的3D打印设备带到了活动现场，以供来宾现场体验。从现在起，Stratasys 3D打印技术也将作为服务之一入驻蕴启智能实验室，并基于不同项目进行收费。



Mr. Timo Schneemann, the Vice General Manager of ROI Management Consulting AG, launched the first public appearance of its ROI FATH Training Line at Smart Factory Lab.

瑞欧盈管理咨询有限公司负责人Timo Schneemann先生介绍了公司的精益培训课程，这也是ROI FATH培训操作台在蕴启实验室的首次亮相，此后该培训项目也将作为智能工厂服务之一对外开放。



It’s an appreciate to create such a platform for so many intelligent manufacturing enterprise, the Smart Factory Lab offers the opportunity to demonstrate the potential of Industry 4.0 solutions in both a real production environment and in a lab environment where customers can explore technology. And also we provide a wide range of seminars, events and training programs.

The Tech Talk set up several discussion areas based on different topic, the keynote speakers display their equipment and technology on the spot.

During the networking break, all participants found enough time to visit and discuss ideas with each other.茶歇期间，我们也给予来宾充分的时间来相互讨论与分享理念。
