初学西门子 ，请教各位高手 帮忙看一下这是什么问题，万分感谢！！！安装中到安装自动授权时出现的问题提示 you must fulfil the following requirements to be able to install automation license manager
on you computer successfully tht server-service is not installed or hasnt been started!
the automation license manager is not available by the networt and can only use license keys locally the server-service is deactivated
the automation license manager is not available to install 万分感谢！！ |
