我公司做了个瓷壳收料机,是用一个光纤电眼加延时触发程序运行的,效率比较底,请大家帮我想想看有什么方法可以提高效率,料是延着轨道快速滑行的,我开始把延时去掉,再加2个光纤电眼,一共3个电眼,底部1个,最上面2个(正好是一个料的间距),用3个触发程序,可有时会有几个料一起下来,上面2电眼一下就感应到了,导致轨道上料还没满,程序就触发了,请大家帮忙解决 有没有计算长度的指令 还是换成一个电眼感应,使电眼感应的料计算长度,再算总长度,使总长度达到预定值时程序触发运行 |
